This session offers an update on Columbia River Treaty (the Treaty) negotiations from both Canada and the United States, as well as provides a venue for conference attendees to listen and offer multiple perspectives on the Treaty in both a presentation-style format and a ‘world café’ setting. Some of the key Columbia River Treaty topics, moderated by topic experts at each table in the working groups, include flood control, downstream benefits, and ecosystem function.
